Target Information
Anti-Feline secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for feline immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of the specified target.
Secondary antibodies provide versatility for various detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and greater sensitivity through signal amplification since multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Typically, they are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species, followed by purification and optional modifications (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
