Target Information
Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They are useful in detection, sorting, or purification of their target. Secondary antibodies enhance versatility and sensitivity by allowing multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and signal amplification through binding of multiple secondary antibodies to a single primary antibody.
These antibodies are typically produced by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and may undergo further purification and modification (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to ensure high specificity.
