Target Information
Lymphotactin (XCL1) is a member of the C-chemokine family that acts as a chemoattractant for lymphocytes but not for monocytes or neutrophils, indicating a regulatory role in lymphocyte trafficking and inflammation. It signals through chemokine XC receptor 1 (XCR1), is most abundant in the spleen, and expressed by activated CD8+ T cells and NK cells.
