Reconstitute the antibody in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL before use.
Target Information
LRP6 is essential for the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, acting as a co-receptor with Frizzled for Wnt. It serves as a specific, high-affinity receptor for DKK1 and DKK2 (but not DKK3). Interaction with DKK1 inhibits LRP6-mediated Wnt/β-catenin signaling through Kremen protein–mediated endocytosis.
