Target Information
ELL는 RNA polymerase II 전사 과정에서 일시적 일시정지를 억제하여 촉매 속도를 증가시키는 super elongation complex(SEC)의 구성 요소입니다. 또한 RNA polymerase II 및 III에 의해 작은 핵 RNA(snRNA) 유전자 전사를 조절하는 little elongation complex(LEC)의 구성 요소로 작용합니다. ELL은 전사 초기 복합체(pre-initiation complex) 안정화 및 RNA polymerase II의 초기 elongation 단계에서 중요한 역할을 합니다.
