Reconstitution:
Briefly centrifuge vial before opening. Reconstitute rhNT-4 in sterile distilled water at 0.1–1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex.
Store reconstituted solution at 2–8°C for up to 1 week.
For long-term storage, dilute with buffer containing 0.1% BSA and store aliquots at -20°C to -80°C.Storage:
Lyophilized protein is stable at room temperature for 1 month.
For long-term storage, keep at -20°C.
Working aliquots with carrier protein are stable for at least 3 months at -20°C to -80°C.
Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
