Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Sorting nexin (SNX) proteins are a family of hydrophilic PX domain-containing proteins that interact with various receptor types. They are widely expressed, with tissue-specific mRNA distribution. SNX proteins participate in cellular membrane trafficking, protein sorting, and endosomal recycling. SNX8 is an ortholog of a yeast protein and may play a role in pro-degradative sorting and internalization processes.
