Product Specific Information
Reconstitute with 50–100 µL of distilled water, and dilute further in 0.1M PBS with 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide.

Target Information
VMAT2 (Vesicular Monoamine Transporter 2) is involved in the ATP-dependent vesicular transport of biogenic amine neurotransmitters.
It pumps cytosolic monoamines including dopamine, norepinephrine, serotonin, and histamine into synaptic vesicles.
VMAT2 is essential for vesicular amine storage prior to secretion via exocytosis.
