Target Information
ZBRK1은 Kruppel-associated box-zinc finger protein (KRAB-ZFP) 계열의 전사 억제 단백질로, BRCA1과 상호작용하여 GADD45 유전자의 전사를 억제합니다. 또한 세포 노화와 관련된 섬유아세포에서 발현이 증가하며, C-말단 전사 억제 도메인(CTRD)을 통해 단량체 및 올리고머 형태로 존재할 수 있습니다. 이러한 올리고머화는 ZBRK1 반응 요소를 통한 전사 억제를 촉진합니다.
