Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Heat shock proteins (HSP) are expressed in response to various biological stresses, including heat.
HSP90 is a 90 kDa protein induced under stress conditions but also abundantly present under non-stress conditions.
HSP90 proteins are highly conserved molecular chaperones involved in signal transduction, protein folding, degradation, and morphologic evolution.
They associate with cochaperones and stabilize or refold denatured proteins after stress.
HSP90 interacts with intracellular proteins such as steroid receptors, actin, tubulin, aryl hydrocarbon (Ah) receptor, and certain kinases.
