Target Information
CPI-17은 평활근 미오신 인산화효소의 인산화 의존적 억제 단백질로, 주로 평활근에서 발현됩니다. Threonine 38에서의 인산화는 PKC 또는 Rho-kinase에 의해 매개되며, 미오신 인산화효소에 대한 억제 효능을 증가시킵니다. 또한 CPI-17은 protein kinase N에 의해 인산화되어 Rho 및 아라키돈산 경로의 하위 인자로서 평활근 수축의 칼슘 감작에 관여할 수 있습니다. MYPT-associated kinase인 M110 kinase에 의해 Serine 12와 Threonine 38에서 이중 인산화됩니다.
