Target Information
IGF1R (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 Receptor)은 insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF1)의 작용을 매개하는 수용체 티로신 키나제입니다.
IGF1에는 높은 친화력으로, IGF2 및 insulin에는 낮은 친화력으로 결합합니다. 활성화된 IGF1R은 세포 성장 및 생존 조절에 관여하며, 종양 변형과 악성 세포 생존에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
