• Reconstitution:
  Reconstitute with 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
  The antibody is shipped as a lyophilized powder at room temperature.
  Upon arrival, store at −20°C.
  The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week.
  For long-term storage, aliquot and store at −20°C.
  Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
  Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

HCN4 is a member of the hyperpolarization-activated and cyclic-nucleotide-gated (HCN) channel family.
HCN currents are linked to pacemaker activity in the heart and brain, resting potential control, and neuronal plasticity.
HCN4 channels function as receptors for sour taste and are associated with pacemaker potential generation in the sinoatrial node.
