Product Specific Information
- Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration.

- Stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid; dilute only prior to immediate use.
Anti-L-Asparaginase antibody is an IgG fraction purified from monospecific antiserum via a multi-step process including delipidation, salt fractionation, and ion-exchange chromatography, followed by extensive dialysis against the specified buffer.
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum and purified Asparaginase [E. coli].
Cross-reactivity with Asparaginase from other species may occur but has not been specifically determined.
