Target Information
FGF10은 섬유아세포 성장인자(FGF) 패밀리에 속하며, 세포 성장, 형태형성, 조직 재생, 종양 성장 및 침윤 등 다양한 생물학적 과정에 관여합니다. 이 단백질은 각질형성 상피세포에 대해 유사분열 활성을 가지며, 섬유아세포에 대해서는 거의 활성이 없습니다.
마우스 상동체 연구에 따르면 FGF10은 배아 표피 형태형성, 뇌 및 폐 발달, 사지 발생 개시 등에 필수적인 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 또한 상처 치유 과정의 주요 인자로도 보고되었습니다.
