Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
PTF1A is a component of the pancreas transcription factor 1 complex and plays a crucial role in mammalian pancreatic development. It determines whether cells in pancreatic buds proceed toward organogenesis or revert to duodenal fates. PTF1A helps maintain exocrine pancreas-specific gene expression, including elastase 1 and amylase. Mutations in this gene lead to cerebellar agenesis, and loss of expression is observed in ductal-type pancreatic cancers.
