Target Information
CDH17 유전자는 칼슘 의존성 막 결합 당단백질을 암호화하는 카드헤린 초과패밀리에 속합니다. 이 단백질은 7개의 카드헤린 도메인을 포함한 세포외 영역과 막관통 영역을 가지며, 보존된 세포질 도메인은 결여되어 있습니다. 위장관 및 췌관에서 발현되어 펩타이드 기반 약물의 흡수 첫 단계에서 장내 프로톤 의존성 펩타이드 수송체로 작용합니다. 또한 간과 장의 형태적 조직화에도 관여할 수 있습니다. 대체 스플라이싱으로 인해 여러 전사체 변이가 존재합니다.
