Target Information
IGF-1R (Insulin-like Growth Factor-1 Receptor)는 alpha- 및 beta-subunits로 구성되어 있으며, 성숙한 수용체에서는 beta-alpha-alpha-beta 구조로 이황화 결합되어 있습니다. Alpha-subunit은 완전히 세포 외부에 존재하며, beta-subunit은 막을 통과하고 세포 내 부분에 고유의 tyrosine kinase 활성을 가지고 있습니다.
