Pipette Operation

Forward Technique (for low-density liquids)

Press the push button to the first STOP.
Slowly release to the ready position to aspirate liquid.
Deliver liquid by pressing to the first STOP, then to the second STOP to empty the tip.
Release to ready position and change tip if necessary.

Reverse Technique (for high-viscosity or volatile liquids)

Depress the push button to the second STOP to aspirate liquid, then release slowly to the ready position.
Press to the first STOP to discharge preset volume.
Discard remaining liquid with the tip.

Button positions: Ready Position → First STOP → Second STOP

Calibration and Adjustment

Use the Service Tool as shown:

Turn clockwise to increase volume
Turn counterclockwise to decrease volume
Calibrate 1–2 times per year depending on usage frequency

Note: Mantissa (Increment) refers to the data sheet of the related product number.

Storage and Transportation

Store and transport at room temperature.

Notice

Ensure pipette and tips are at the same temperature before use; hold upright and pre-wet tips before pipetting.
Avoid turning pipette upside down when filled; use a pipette stand.
Operate within specified volume range.
Apply maintenance oil to sealing ring if unused for long periods.
Disassembly should be done by a professional technician.
