Target Information

Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of specified targets. Secondary antibodies increase versatility by enabling use with various detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and improve sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind a single primary antibody. These antibodies are typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, label conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
