Target Information
이 유전자가 인코딩하는 단백질은 PP2C 계열의 serine/threonine phosphatase로, integrin-linked kinase (ILK/ILK1)와 상호작용하여 ILK의 kinase 활성을 조절합니다. ILK와의 상호작용을 통해 ILK-mediated glycogen synthase kinase 3 beta (GSK3β) 신호 전달 과정에 선택적으로 영향을 미치며, Wnt signaling pathway에 관여할 수 있습니다.
