Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems by cloning the specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
HRG contains two cystatin-like domains and is found in plasma and platelets. Although its precise physiological function is not fully determined, it is known to bind heme, dyes, and divalent metal ions. HRG interacts with heparin, thrombospondin, and plasminogen, and can inhibit fibrinolysis and modulate coagulation, suggesting a potential prothrombotic role. Mutations in the HRG gene can lead to thrombophilia due to abnormal histidine-rich glycoprotein levels.
