Target Information
CD105 (Endoglin)은 인간 혈관 내피세포에서 고도로 발현되는 Type I 막단백질입니다. O- 및 N-당화된 동종이량체 형태로 존재하며, 종양 혈관 및 증식 중인 세포에서 발현이 증가하여 내피세포 증식 마커로 알려져 있습니다.
CD105는 TGF-β1 및 TGF-β3에 높은 친화도로 결합하지만 TGF-β2에는 결합하지 않습니다.
