- For IHC, epitope retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for FFPE tissue sections.
Target Information
The ADRM1 gene encodes an integral plasma membrane protein that promotes cell adhesion and is thought to undergo O-linked glycosylation. Expression of this gene can be induced by gamma interferon in certain cancer cells. Two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified.
