- 재구성 시, 증류수 100 µL를 첨가하여 최종 항체 농도를 약 1 mg/mL로 맞추는 것을 권장합니다.
- 결합 실험용으로 carrier-free 항체를 사용할 경우, 추가적인 탈염 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)을 수행하는 것이 좋습니다.
Target Information
XRCC1 (X-ray cross complementing factor-1)은 DNA 염기 절제 복구(Base Excision Repair)에 관여합니다.
이 단백질은 약 70 kDa 크기로, poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP), DNA Ligase III, DNA polymerase beta 등과 물리적으로 결합되어 있습니다.
XRCC1은 BRCT 도메인을 포함하며, 이는 BRCA1 단백질의 C-말단에서 처음 발견된 영역으로, DNA ligase III-alpha와의 단백질-단백질 상호작용을 매개합니다.
