Target Information
CD63 (LAMP-3, lysosome-associated membrane protein-3)는 tetraspanin 계열의 당단백질로, 다양한 세포의 후기 엔도솜, 리소좀 및 분비 소포에 존재합니다. 세포 활성화 후에는 세포막에서도 발현됩니다.
CD63은 호염기구 활성화 마커로 널리 사용되며, 비만세포에서는 활성화 없이도 발현될 수 있습니다. 또한 integrin과 상호작용하여 식작용과 세포 이동에 영향을 미치며, H/K-ATPase 및 ROMK1 채널의 수송 조절에도 관여합니다.
CD63은 T세포의 공동자극 분자로 작용하며, 암의 초기 단계 예후 예측에도 활용됩니다. 활성화된 혈소판, 단핵구, 대식세포에서 발현되며, 과립구, B세포, T세포에서는 약하게 발현됩니다. CD63은 흑색종 관련 항원 ME491 및 혈소판 항원 PTLGP40과 동일한 단백질입니다.
CD63 기능 이상은 흑색종 및 Hermansky-Pudlak 증후군과 관련이 있습니다.
