SA1-25265 detects rat IgG2a, with no cross-reactivity observed with other rat immunoglobulin subclasses.
Use 10 µL of the suggested dilution to label 10⁶ cells in 100 µL.
Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial.
