The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.

Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is similar to the gene product of S14, a rat gene expressed in liver and adipose tissue and regulated by nutritional and hormonal factors.
Human THRSP is expressed in liver and adipocytes, particularly in lipomatous modules, and also in lipogenic breast cancers, suggesting a role in tumor lipid metabolism.
