This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%) to avoid contamination.
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
CD137 ligand (CD137L) is a type II membrane protein and member of the TNF superfamily. It acts as a co-stimulatory molecule expressed on antigen-presenting cells (DCs, monocytes/macrophages, B cells) and is upregulated upon activation. Its receptor, CD137/4-1BB, is found on various cells, including inflamed endothelial cells, enhancing monocyte extravasation.
Activated T cells express CD137, and engagement with CD137L promotes:
- T cell proliferation
- IL-2 secretion
- Survival and cytotoxic activity
CD137L is expressed in most B-cell lymphomas (mantle cell, follicular, diffuse large B-cell) and carcinoma cell lines, but absent in Hodgkin and T-cell lymphomas. It is implicated in T cell–tumor cell interactions.
