• Reconstitute the lyophilized powder with deionized water (or equivalent) to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.
• Recommended dilution for Chemiluminescent Immunoassay (CLIA): 0.5–2 µg/mL
• Lyophilized product remains stable up to 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt.
• Upon reconstitution, store for 2–3 weeks at 2–8°C or up to 12 months at -20°C or below.
• Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.

Bevacizumab (Avastin) is a humanized monoclonal antibody approved by the U.S. FDA for the treatment of colon cancer, lung cancer, glioblastoma, renal-cell carcinoma, and age-related macular degeneration.
As an angiogenesis inhibitor, Bevacizumab blocks angiogenesis by inhibiting vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A).
