Target Information
Cedelizumab은 CD4를 표적하는 바이오시밀러입니다.
CD4 항원은 MHC class II 분자 인식에 관여하며 HIV의 공동수용체로 작용합니다.
CD4는 주로 T helper 세포로 알려진 T 림프구 아형에서 발현되며, 단핵구, 대식세포, 수지상세포 등 다른 면역세포에서도 발현될 수 있습니다.
조직 수준에서는 흉선, 림프절, 편도, 비장 및 일부 뇌, 장, 비림프조직에서도 CD4 발현이 관찰됩니다.
CD4는 T 세포 수용체 복합체 및 단백질 티로신 키나제 Lck와의 결합을 통해 T 세포 활성화 초기 단계를 유도하거나 증강합니다.
또한 감염성 및 면역 매개성 중추신경계 질환에서 직접적인 신경 손상의 중요한 매개체로 작용할 수 있습니다.
이 유전자에서는 여러 가지 대체 스플라이싱 전사체가 확인되었습니다.
