In direct ELISAs and Western blots, no cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse AMIGO2, recombinant human (rh) AMIGO1, or rhAMIGO2 is observed.
Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

AMIGO3 may mediate heterophilic cell-cell interaction and contribute to signal transduction through its intracellular domain.
