Target Information
RIPK3는 serine/threonine 단백질 키나아제 계열인 receptor-interacting protein (RIP) 패밀리의 구성원으로, 다른 RIP 단백질과 구별되는 C-말단 도메인을 포함합니다. 주로 세포질에 존재하며, 미토콘드리아에 공존할 수 있으며 핵 내 이동 신호에 따라 위치가 달라질 수 있습니다. RIPK3는 TNF receptor-I 신호 복합체의 구성 요소로, 세포자멸사(apoptosis)를 유도하고 NF-kappaB 전사인자를 약하게 활성화시킬 수 있습니다. 또한 caspase-8은 RIPK3 의존적 괴사(necrosis)를 억제하는 보호 기능을 수행하는 복합체를 형성합니다.
