Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
MAPK11 (p38 beta) is a serine/threonine kinase involved in various cellular processes, activated by proinflammatory cytokines and environmental stress.
It is part of the MAP kinase family, integrating multiple biochemical signals and regulating proliferation, differentiation, transcription, and development.
This kinase is closely related to p38 MAP kinase and is activated through phosphorylation by MAP kinase kinases (MKKs), preferably by MKK6.
Transcription factor ATF2/CREB2 is a known substrate of this kinase.
