Product Specific Information
PerCP conjugates are excited by the 488 nm line of the argon-ion laser and have a large Stokes shift, providing minimal spectral overlap into the R-PE (phycoerythrin) channel.
Target Information
CD19 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and contains two Ig-like domains. It is expressed on 100% of peripheral B cells and may also be found on certain myeloid leukemia cells. CD19 serves as a signal-amplifying coreceptor for the B cell receptor (BCR) and plays a central role in regulating B cell activation, proliferation, and differentiation. Mutations in CD19 can lead to hypogammaglobulinemia, while overexpression can cause B cell hyperactivity.
