Target Information
CEP55 plays a role in mitotic exit and cytokinesis. It recruits PDCD6IP and TSG101 to the midbody during cytokinesis and is required for successful completion of cytokinesis. It is not required for microtubule nucleation and plays a role in the development of the brain and kidney.
