Product Specific Information

Description:
The RB6-8C5 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse Ly-6G, a 21–25 kDa GPI-linked protein (Gr-1 antigen) expressed on myeloid lineage cells. Gr-1 expression serves as a marker for bone marrow granulocytes and peripheral neutrophils. Monocytes express Gr-1 transiently during development.

Application Notes:

• Tested for flow cytometric analysis of mouse bone marrow cells.
• Recommended use: ≤0.5 µg/test (100 µL total volume).
• Cell number: 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test (empirically determined).
• Optimize antibody titration for best results.

Fluorochrome Information:
Brilliant Ultra Violet™ 563 (BUV563) emits at 564 nm and is designed for cytometers with an ultraviolet (355 nm) laser. Ensure instrument compatibility.

Buffer Recommendations:
When using multiple polymer dye-conjugated antibodies (Super Bright, Brilliant Violet™, Brilliant Ultra Violet™), use:
