Target Information
JAB-1은 원래 cJUN의 공동활성인자로 보고된 38 kDa 단백질입니다. 이 단백질은 mammalian cell의 신호 전달에 관여하는 것으로 제안된 대형 단백질 복합체인 Signalosome에 존재합니다. Signalosome은 식물의 COP9 복합체와 유사하며, 이는 빛 매개 식물 발달에 중요합니다. JAB-1은 이 복합체 내에서 단백질을 proteasome에 의해 분해 대상으로 지정하는 역할을 하는 것으로 추정됩니다.
