This antibody detects endogenous levels of ATRIP only when phosphorylated at Ser224.
Target Information
ATRIP is an 86 kDa protein phosphorylated by ATR that regulates ATR expression and is an essential component of the DNA damage checkpoint pathway. It localizes to intranuclear foci after DNA damage or inhibition of replication.
