Target Information
RhoA는 세포막 수용체와 초점 부착 및 액틴 스트레스 섬유의 조립을 연결하는 신호전달 경로를 조절합니다. 세포 주기 중 세포질 분열 시 수축환 형성에 필요한 미세소관 의존 신호에 관여하며, 각질형성세포의 세포 간 접합 형성에 필수적입니다. 또한 RhoA는 Yersinia pestis 및 Yersinia pseudotuberculosis의 yopT 시스테인 펩티다아제의 표적이 됩니다. PKN2 키나아제 활성화를 자극하고 PLCE1의 활성화 인자로 작용할 수 있습니다. ARHGEF2에 의해 활성화되어 GDP를 GTP로 교환하며, SPATA13 매개 세포 이동 및 부착 조절에 중요합니다.
