Mouse anti-Bovine IgG1 antibody, clone IL-A60 recognizes bovine IgG1.
This antibody immunoprecipitates a protein band of 55–59 kDa, consistent with the heavy chain of bovine IgG1 (Campbell et al., 1998).

Target Information

Anti-Bovine secondary antibodies are affinity-purified reagents with well-characterized specificity for bovine (cow, ox) immunoglobulins.
They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of the specified target.
Secondary antibodies provide versatility for various detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and enhance sensitivity via signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Typically, these antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, label conjugation) for high specificity.
