Target Information
RAPGEF1 유전자는 인간 guanine nucleotide exchange factor를 암호화하며, CRK의 SH3 도메인과 결합하여 Ras 계열 GTPase의 여러 멤버를 활성화합니다. 이러한 신호 전달 경로는 apoptosis, integrin 매개 신호전달, 세포 변형에 관여할 수 있습니다. 여러 가지 대체 스플라이싱 전사체 변형이 보고되었으나, 일부의 전체 길이는 아직 규명되지 않았습니다.
