- 1 µg/mL of MA5-45507 detects VGLUT2 in 20 µg of rat brain lysate by colorimetric immunoblot using goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP.
- Detects approximately 60 kDa.

Target Information
VGLUT2 mediates glutamate uptake into synaptic vesicles at presynaptic terminals of excitatory neurons. It may also transport inorganic phosphate.
