Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the AGC serine/threonine kinase family. Its kinase activity is regulated by autophosphorylation and phosphorylation by upstream kinases. It plays roles in the cell cycle and apoptosis, and regulates MYC oncogene stability and transcriptional activity.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
