Target Information
RALBP1은 RAC1과 CDC42에 결합된 GTP의 가수분해를 촉진하지만 RALA에는 작용하지 않습니다.
ATP 의존적으로 S-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)-glutathione(DNP-SG) 및 doxorubicin(DOX)의 수송을 매개하며, 적혈구 내에서 글루타티온 접합체(GS-E)와 DOX의 주요 ATP 의존성 수송체로 작용합니다.
글루타티온 접합체 및 외인성 물질의 수송을 촉매하며, 다약제 내성 현상에 기여할 수 있습니다.
또한 세포간기 동안 내포작용 복합체를 형성하는 단백질들을 결합시키는 스캐폴드 단백질로 작용하며, CDC2와 상호작용하여 내포작용을 조절합니다. 그 기질 중 하나는 EPN1/Epsin입니다.
