Target Information
Band 3 protein은 인간 적혈구막에서 가장 풍부한 막관통 단백질로, 주요 음이온 수송 단백질로 기능합니다. 약 90–100 kDa 크기의 단백질이며, 당쇄 구조의 이질성으로 인해 미세한 구조적 다양성을 보입니다.
C-말단은 막을 여러 번 통과하며 음이온 수송을 담당하고, N-말단은 적혈구 내부에 위치하여 ankyrin 등 세포골격 및 세포질 단백질과 상호작용합니다.
