Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
FRK (PTK5) is a nuclear tyrosine kinase that may function during the G1 and S phases of the cell cycle, suppressing growth.
The human FRK gene maps to chromosome 6q21–q22.3 and encodes a 505 amino acid protein belonging to the TYR family of protein kinases.
