Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse AMIGO2 is observed, and less than 2% cross-reactivity with recombinant human AMIGO1 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of the antibody by the LAL method.
Target Information
AMIGO3 may mediate heterophilic cell-cell interaction and contribute to signal transduction through its intracellular domain.
