Target Information
p53 종양 억제 유전자는 세포 생사 조절 신호를 통합하는 핵심 전사인자입니다. p53R2는 p53에 의해 유도되는 유전자로, p53 결합 서열을 포함하고 리보뉴클레오타이드 환원효소의 서브유닛을 암호화합니다. p53R2는 자외선 및 감마선 조사 등 DNA 손상을 유발하는 자극에 의해 유도되며, 손상된 DNA 복구 과정의 p53 체크포인트에 직접 관여합니다. 또한 p73 단백질 역시 p53R2 발현을 유도합니다. p53R2는 종양 억제에 있어 p53의 중요한 표적 단백질입니다.
