Target Information
FGFR1은 fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) 패밀리에 속하는 단백질로, 구성원 간 아미노산 서열이 진화적으로 보존되어 있습니다. FGFR 패밀리 단백질은 리간드 결합 친화도 및 조직 분포에서 차이를 보입니다. FGFR1은 세 개의 immunoglobulin-like domain으로 이루어진 세포외 영역, 단일 막관통 영역, 그리고 cytoplasmic tyrosine kinase domain으로 구성됩니다. 세포외 영역은 fibroblast growth factor와 결합하여 세포 분열 및 분화에 영향을 미치는 신호 전달을 유도합니다. FGFR1은 acidic 및 basic fibroblast growth factors 모두에 결합하며, 사지 형성 과정에 관여합니다.
